When a team starts using Scrum, their work tends to become more coherent and predictable, and the development time for new products is often reduced significantly. But, it also may be happened that the implementation of Scrum fails, and instead of benefiting, the company receives losses and negative experiences. In this course, I will cover the key features of the Scrum framework and its areas of application and the main mistakes that prevent teams from getting the most out of the Scrum implementation. And let's illustrate that Scrum (Scrum) is not boarding with stickers and not a "development methodology" that dictates the work process to the team.

We hope this course will help you improve your knowledge of Scrum and Agile. If you ask who this course is for, then the course will be helpful to you if you:

- new to Scrum or want to get familiar with them

- prepare for certifications such as PSM

- you want to repeat and understand the principles of working in Scrum

This course consists of sections, and in each section, there will be some lessons. At the end of each educational section, there will be a short number of questions related to completed topics. Also, we’ve added a set of helpful Scrum factsheets in each section, which can be beneficial in many situations.
