Do you offer personal help to your students?
Yes, we do. Our coaches are available to assist via email. You can send your question to info@volkerdon.com we will forward your question to our instructors. This is free. Or it will be more preferable for you to write your question here

Do you provide certificates after completing courses?
We enable our users to pass test exams, similar to those to which they (our users) are preparing. In this regard, we do not see the need to issue certificates. But if you require getting a certificate, please write to us.

What if I do not agree with the correct answers?
Your opinion is precious to us. A team of professionals prepares all questions and answers to the tests, and before we publish the tests, we conduct a multi-step procedure for verifying the correct answers. But, if you still found inconsistencies, please write to us about this. 


How often are test questions updated?
The audit of the questions takes place every 3-4 months. In case we see the need to change the issue, the question is removed, and the new question is loaded in its place

Does my subscription to courses automatically renew?
After the purchase, you will have lifetime access for our products.

If I do not want to pay through PayPal, then how can I buy a subscription for tests?
We are working to remove this obstacle. Soon we will add an additional type of payment.


Is my data safe and secure?
Yes. Our state-of-the-art servers are hosted on secure cloud servers with every day database backup. Our network is protected by an enterprise-class firewall.

Can I see a sample of the questions?
Yes, a sample is available when you enrol to any of our courses or simulators.
